  • Modern ground floor maisonette finished to high standards with no stairs and having its own entrance. It consists of a combined kitchen and living room, private bathroom, bedrooms, washroom and a back patio. Located within walking distance from shops, restaurants and Sliema sea front. All guests are able to access all parts of the ground floor apartment including the back patio.The area is generally very quiet. Easy access to the sea and to public transport.

Carlos is an excellent host, very quick to respond to questions. The property is only a 5 - 7 minute walk to good restaurants and a few shops.In the other direction a 15 minute walk takes you to more restaurants and the area where the various water tours start from.

The host is great, very kind and attentive. The property is clean and location is strategic. I enjoyed staying in the property with my family. The only challenge is the street parking. Try to come back before people come back from office. We always get parking 2 blocks away, after searching for about 10 minutes.

Just wonderful!

From the property owner's attentiveness to the property itself, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sliema. It was well-kept, quiet, and private. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is right around the corner from Dave's (a good little market) and many buses. Being so close to Balluta Bay (down a long hill), it's easy to take a bus or electric scooter to practically anywhere on the island. We're very grateful to have met Carlo and to have chosen this unit! Very, very highly recommended.

Une location parfaite !

Carlos a tout mis en œuvre pour une parfaite semaine. Il nous a facilité toutes les démarches comme louer un taxi. Les photos sont conformes au logement et c'est très bien situé tout en étant calme. L école maltalingua est à 10 mn à pied. Merci Carlo !

Sehr gut!

Carlo ist ein super netter Gastgeber, der einen unkomplizierten Check in und Check out ermöglicht hat. Für Fragen stand er jederzeit zur Seite und gibt gerne auch ein paar Tipps. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Stadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich würde trotzdem einen Mietwagen empfehlen wenn man die Insel etwas erkunden möchte. Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig und hell. In den Küchenschränken riecht es sehr moderig. Es ist im allgemeinen einen hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung. Im gesamten war sie aber top und ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Jedoch das nächste mal mit Ohropax und Schlafmaske.

Schönes Apartment in abends belebter Lage

Die Lage des Apartments war günstig und es war alles da, was man braucht. Leider war der Strom relativ knapp bemessen, so dass er bei uns schon vier Tage vor Abreise verbraucht war und wir Münzen nachwerfen mussten. Wir haben die AC wohl zu viel laufen lassen und haben auch mit der Waschmaschine gewaschen. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit nur einem Topf ist schon etwas knapp. Außerdem roch es unter der Spüle auch etwas modrig, so dass wir glauben, dass es vielleicht mal einen Wasserschaden gab. Carlo war ein supernetter Vermieter, der sehr geduldig auf unsere verspätete Ankunft gewartet hat. Er hat auch immer zeitnah auf Whats App-Nachrichten geantwortet. Alles in allem waren wir recht zufrieden.

Très bon séjour

Séjour pour cinq personnes conforme à l annonce. Vous trouverez des commerces de proximité au bout de la rue. Cette maison est idéalement située pour découvrir à pied les richesses de la ville. Carlo est très avenant et disponible. Très bon séjour !

Ground floor two bedroom apartment with rear courtyard, more than adequate for a couple but another settee needed for 4 people. Short downhill walk to all areas of Sliema and St Julians for access to Valetta ferry and boat trips. Bus stops at end of road.
