This level of disorganization reflects a complete disregard for guests’ time, plans, and financial commitment.Even more troubling was the lack of meaningful support afterward—Vrbo offered little assistance in securing an alternative accommodation, leaving us to deal with the consequences of the host’s negligence entirely on our own.Experiences like this fundamentally undermine trust in the platform and raise serious concerns about the host’s integrity and business practices. I strongly advise future travelers to exercise extreme caution before considering a booking with this host"
