「The property is very cute and advertised as in the listing. The location is AMAZING! The hosts were great to communicate with! We will be back!! Book it you won't regret it!!」

「Stayed one night with my wife and five children on the way to the beach.Property was perfect for us. There was plenty to do and see nearby. Im not sure about the additional app they want you to use, but overall the owners were easy to work with.」

「The overall place was super cute and in a nice neighborhood. The only problem was the fridge didn't work, and the property manager (as of the time of this review) hasn't answered me back yet when I texted about it on Friday. I also tried to call, but they didn't answer. Course, I called at around 10pm, so they may have been asleep. I did leave a message and have yet to hear back.」

「The property was clean, very nice, had a fake for us to play, backyard big and beautiful and fenced in! Very accommodating home for my family situation with 4 dogs. When I asked a question or had a request the host was prompt, nice, and easy to talk to. Even the NOs was communicated in a way that made the experience of my first time in an Arbnb so far my best! I told the host, I missed their home and will forever be grateful. This home made a tough and unexpected experience one my kids continued...

「We could not have asked for a better stay or host while visiting Raleigh for the first time! Gayla was so helpful and was able to get us into the duplex early which was super nice after a long day of traveling. This stay is central to a lot of things walking, but also just a quick Uber drive if needed. Would highly recommend staying here again if we ever get the chance!」

「Beautiful home located minutes from downtown Raleigh and the State Capitol. Close to all the excitement of Glenwood Ave (lots of bars/restaurants). Home is completely renovated with first class amenities and modern design trends. Putting green in the back is a great idea, tons of fun. Host was extremely quick with communications and the welcome gift was a very thoughtful surprise. 」

「Rebecca is a wonderful host who makes you feel welcome and comfortable. We would stay here again. The cottage was super clean and had everything that You needed. Nice location to downtown as well.」

「The property was perfect if you are going to be out and about and just need somewhere to rest. I was staying with two others for a festival and I had the main room. There was no door to my bedroom and it’s right by the front door. I bought a shower curtain for privacy. Also the living room is not a public space it’s connected to the main bedroom. The property location is quiet except for the occasional loud car and noisy pedestrians.」
