We had multiple issues in our unit and nothing was ever done about it. Broken door latches, broken couch, things not working right. Property manager didn't care to fix them.

Our family trip was for a memorial. We needed a place to be together without being too cramped. This apartment was beautiful and clean. It was everything we had hoped for! Will definitely return!

The service was not good. I would be asked the same question many times even I had answered them. Also they called because they couldn’t find the fob when I had put it back into the black box. It does not sound very organized.

The actual spot was nice but the management was horrid. When we arrived we noticed one of the beds was broken. We immediately emailed management and sent a picture which they acknowledged. Since it was moments after check in it obviously wasn’t us. Two weeks later we were informed we were being charged $25 for breaking the bed. From that point on they were impossible to contact. Multiple emails later, a few phone calls no one ever got back to us and we are out $25. It’s only $25 but it’s the principle of the matter. During our stay we were immediately responded to. Since then, not one single email or call was responded to.

Amazing apartment in the centre of Smiths Falls. Only issue is that this apartment has a very strict rule with ID check, not only two pieces of photo IDs, you also need to give a photo of you holding your id. Given the fact of cyber scams nowadays, it only takes one data leak to lose your identity. The hotel also charges $200 fee as deposit, won’t cancel the charge but only do refund after a few reminders 11 days. Not very friendly and convenient in nowadays hospitality world.

The whatsapp and paypal payment had me really worried this was going to be a scam. But, besides the fact there is no person to talk to, everhtbing else was amazing. Check in was smooth, i got my depoait back, and it was an amazing deal compared to anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Apartment was great for the week - very comfortable and clean. Could have supplied a few more essentials in the kitchen (a clean sponge & another dish towel) but it was fine overall. Only real downside was the awful chemicals they used to clean the hallway floors everyday. They were unbearably strong & you could not escape the smell inside the apartment.
