Lovely Venue but let down by cleanliness

Property was poorly cleaned, especially deck & pool. Leaf litter & cobwebs everywhere. We were told we couldn’t check in before 3.00pm because cleaning was required before!!Dishwasher wasn’t emptied. No checkin book explaining where everything was or how to operate things. Venue was peaceful & lovely!
