「We stayed at this location for a long weekend that included the total solar eclipse. The location is beautiful and the cabin is perfect. We were not able to utilize the dock or really get into the woods because of the snow but still enjoyed our time. 10/10 would recommend!」

「You can spend the day canoeing on the lake or off-roading with you ATV or Jeep on the surrounding trails. Nights under the stars by the camp fire listening to nature sounds. I wanted a relaxing trip off the beaten path and this place delivered. The cabin had everything needed for my stay, right down to the boat shoes and bug spray. Host did a great job setting the place up for a truly authentic and memorable experience.」

「House is quaint. Enjoyed the wood stove after sitting on the deck playing games on a beautiful autumn day. One brave soul even took the paddle board out around the nearby island to get sunset pictures. Our host was very responsive to our questions. Would stay again if ever in Northern Maine. Would be amazing in the summer!」

「This was the best lakehouse my family has ever stayed at. It was quiet, comfortable, there was a dock to swim off, a raft to swim to, it was private, it hit all the best amenities of staying at a lake. My kids want to live there now (9 and 11 years old). It was really clean, had everything (I mean everything) you need to stay there. We ended up staying an extra night. The communication was very good. Everything was made easy for us. It's close to a few small grocery stores and pizza...

「If you want peace and wuiet this cabin is for you. At the end of the lake there is little noise except for the loons on the water. All the furnishings are adequate and comfortable. The best features are the screened in porch for enjoying your meals and the deck for sirring, reading and relaxing. If you are looking for a low key, relaxing vacation this quiet yet close to town location has it all.」

「Cute, “work in progress” old farm house. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was extremely responsive and got back to us right away if we had any questions. The only reason I couldn’t give this a five star review is cleanliness. It seemed like maybe the bathroom had just gotten skipped over by the housekeeper? The bedrooms were fine but the bathroom had a dirty toilet and shower. Otherwise it was great.」
