「If there was a way to leave more stars i would.. legitimately every person on the staff valet/front desk/maintenance team/restaurant and bar workers was a legit pleasure to deal with. Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel/resort. Special shout out to Lizzie who helped my wife plan a bunch of things and was a legit just a ray of sunshine every time we spoke to her..This was our honeymoon and it could not have been better 100 stars out of 5.!!!」

「Always stay here now.」

「We have been coming for many years, unfortunately the breakfast and the evening apps and drinks have gone down in quality. We still come as still a good deal in the folly location, just sad to see that the amenities aren't what they used to be.」

「Bathroom exhaust fan was broken, missing light bulb and broken mirror in the bathroom. Beds and walls were dirty and had rust stains everywhere, balcony door was broken and AC wouldn’t keep the room cool. BOTH elevators were broken and we had to walk up and down 7 flights of stairs. This was theWorst hotel stay I have ever had」

「Overall, we had a good stay; however, the shower stall in our suite was very poorly designed and it was impossible to take a shower without the leakage completely soaking the bath mat! Since we were only staying for 2 nights, maid service wasn’t provided, so I asked the front desk for clean towels & a fresh bathmat. They provided them promptly and they were even warm! I would stay again.」

「环境和位置极佳」

「床墊的塑膠套很不舒服，天花板超低很壓迫」

「great」

「Amazing stay! Loved this hotel and all its amenities. From wine hour, to complimentary breakfast, to the milk and cookies in the evening and the complimentary bottle of wine brought to our room! All staff were helpful, kind and courteous. The location was perfect. We literally were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Close to all shops, restaurants, tours and right on the waterfront. I highly recommend this hotel!」

「Good location. Nice staff.」
