"10/10 perfect to be near Folly Beach and all it offers but a bit off the beaten path. Beautiful rooms, excellent, friendly, no hassle staff and a wonderful hot homemade breakfast. Get the top floor if you’re able the views are mesmerizing. We watched dolphins, jumping fish, birds and more from our private balcony. Perfect!! "

"This was our 2nd year staying at this home. 7 of us adults stayed very comfortably. There are 2 living rooms so people can separate if desired. Kitchen had everything we needed. My son-in-law loved the out door shower. Fenced back yard is a great plus. House sits across the street from the beach. The stairs are easy for the four legged friends. Our text for needs from the host were answered quickly and all our request were taken care of same day. The only drawback for my family is the spiral staircase and the layout of the downstairs bathroom. The only entrance is from the primary bedroom so the smaller bedroom guest have to pass through the primary. Can it be made into a Jack n Jill? I highly recommend this home."
"Love love LOVE this little beach house! It is everything we needed and more than we could have asked for! Perfect for our family of 7! Our kids loved running around in the front yard and all of the beach toys provided and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing on the screened in front porch. It’s really close to town and to 2 different public beach access points which was amazing! Hosts were quick with communication and incredibly accommodating! 10/10 we thoroughly enjoyed our week and will absolutely try to book again! "
