「The bed was very comfortable and the location was great!」

「We stayed 5 days. Room service only came by once when we asked them to change the towels, otherwise we had no room service. The phone in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t even call to tell the front desk there was a problem. There is no vaping in the room. I hit my vape one time and we got a text on our phone saying they detected smoke. Lots of rules. Unkept property.」

「We stayed in the Costa Rican bungalow and it was absolutely perfect for our first “dog vacation” The bungalow had a fully equipped kitchen (EVERYTHING you might need is there - pots, dishes, appliances etc etc.). The bed was super comfy and the whole place is beautifully decorated with unique touches everywhere. Plus there’s a big comfy porch with a sliding gate so you can spend a relaxing afternoon outside with your pup. The location is in walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants....

「The location was close to our event. The price was good. The staff was nice. As a female, I would not have wanted to stay there by myself.The door had a big gap under it. The floor was vinyl and smelled of harsh chemicals. I had just taken a shower, walked across the room and my feet were dirty from walking on the floor. The bathroom vent was broken. The lower hinge on the bathroom door was held together by a wire, not a pin. The corners , in the bathroom had visible dirt. The shampoo was very...

「Breakfasts were fine, but somewhat limited in options. Parking was extremely convenient, as we were able to park right outside the property every day we were there. Location was great. We were able to walk to great dining experiences and the park across the street was a great place to sit and chat. The top floor reading area was also a great place to relax.」

「It was nice having a warm breakfast complimentary each morning, however was not a ton to choose from and the premade breakfast sandwiches were cold so just threw it away. The rooms were not very clean and could use an update. Overall the hotel was average, staff was friendly and location was convenient to get over to historic part of city. 」
