「The bed was very comfortable and the location was great!」

「We stayed 5 days. Room service only came by once when we asked them to change the towels, otherwise we had no room service. The phone in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t even call to tell the front desk there was a problem. There is no vaping in the room. I hit my vape one time and we got a text on our phone saying they detected smoke. Lots of rules. Unkept property.」

「Frühstück eher US Standard, nichts besonderes. Klimaanlage sehr laut, kann nur durch trennen des Netzsteckers ganz zum schweigen gebracht werden. Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug ist sehr laut. Sonst ruhige Lage des Hotels. Bett war bequem. Zimmer könnte ein paar kleine Schönheitsreparaturen und generell eine Frischzellenkur vertragen. Insgesamt aber sauber und großzügig.」

「We stayed in the Costa Rican bungalow and it was absolutely perfect for our first “dog vacation” The bungalow had a fully equipped kitchen (EVERYTHING you might need is there - pots, dishes, appliances etc etc.). The bed was super comfy and the whole place is beautifully decorated with unique touches everywhere. Plus there’s a big comfy porch with a sliding gate so you can spend a relaxing afternoon outside with your pup. The location is in walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants....

「Breakfasts were fine, but somewhat limited in options. Parking was extremely convenient, as we were able to park right outside the property every day we were there. Location was great. We were able to walk to great dining experiences and the park across the street was a great place to sit and chat. The top floor reading area was also a great place to relax.」

「This is an older hotel so flooring has been updated. We just found our shower curtain rod crooked so we had to tie the end of the shower curtain to the end so water wouldn't get all over the floor. Basic amenities no microwave except in the lobby in a cabinet. We enjoyed the hot water in the afternoons/evenings. And the cookies were a hit! Convenient location and free shuttle service into town was convenient.」

The floor was vinyl and smelled of harsh chemicals. I had just taken a shower, walked across the room and my feet were dirty from walking on the floor. The bathroom vent was broken.
