Beautiful place and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Topsail Island. Everything was just as listed in the house, with beautiful views of the sound and ocean. It was a great home away from home and we would definitely recommend it to our friends and family. We had a wonderful vacation!

Right across the street from beach. Easy access. Quiet Beautiful Beach. Must go to north and south end of island to the inlet was so pretty could of spent day there.We are use to a busy beach town like Myrtle but it was so nice to relax. Definitely making plans to go back.

Our family had a wonderful stay very clean. Really close and convenient beach access on either side across the road. Check in and out was simple and great communication with the property management.

Disappointing

We have stayed in the same neighborhood for a few years now. Upon entering, the house was not clean. The trash outside was overflowing, flys all over and the stench was disguisting. Inside, dead water bugs in the bedroom doorway, sand on every floor surface from the 1st to 3rd floor, sand in the beds, hair all over everything, trash under the furniture, beads on the floors and on the couches, candy stuck to the kitchen and bedroom floors, food on the walls, the 3rd floor bathroom window was open causing the AC vent to drip with condensation on the bathroom floor. Despite vacuuming and mopping with products I purchased the floors were still slimy. The house is gorgeous. The views are million dollar views. But the cleaning crew is 100% lacking. Bringing these things up to the realtor fell on deaf ears.
