Great location; needs some TLC for HVAC and railing

With a few maintenance things this could be an all around great property. HVAC was acting up and needed new filters. Lower floor Master bedroom - grass on the bed; hair in sink; razor cap/cover in the bathtub Bunk bedroom - broken cable outlet; stains on quilt Hallway bathroom - electrical outlets not working Main floor - broken fridge drawer; balcony has cigar leftovers in the smoking tray; kitchen electrical outlets by the microwave not working; balcony facing the pool had one of the railing spindles not screwed in and a hazard to little kids falling through/out. Overall good property just needs some maintenance. In heavy rain several of the windows leak water into the house on both floors.
