Nice place in North Topsail!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed our stay at Island Oasis! The location was perfect for us. Not too far from Surf City and shopping across the bridge. The beach was easily accessible, right across the street. We rented paddle boards for the week and there is launch access from the neighborhood private pier. Well furnished, comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen--essentially all you can ask for. We'll definitely stay here again.

Just wish there were more pillows, available beach items to borrow, and check the railings to make sure they’re safe. Otherwise it was a great stay, good communication from the manager.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are hesitant to stay here, just do it. While the outside of the home was getting repaired while we were visiting, the inside of the home was in great condition. The rooms all had nice access to a deck and plently of room for us all to have our own space. The rental company was quick to respond and did a fantastic job getting any issues taken care of quickly (the air condition unit needed a bit of attention but it was handled within 2 hours). The location, for us, was fantastic. We loved being able to see a bit of the ocean from the house, but also fell in love with the sunsets on the sound side. The community access point was literally across the street and just over a bit. While we were there on what was arguably the one of the busiest weeks (July 4th week) we never really had trouble crossing the road. It was so nice to be in walking distance to both the ocean and a dock to take the kids fishing or kayaking. The beach was clean and just far enough away from the public access point that it wasn't as crowded as 1/4 of a mile down. The extra bathroom access was nice that the public access provided for a full day of beach fun when we didn't want to go back to the home.
