Wonderful beach house for a large, multigenerational family.

Loved the view and the many decks. The kitchen was wonderful; it made meal prep for large crowds easy. The towels provided for indoor use were large and fluffy and there were plenty of them. The community pool was a hit with the children when the beach was too windy. Response to problems was fast and thorough.

LOVED Cosmos Cabana

Our families LOVED this vacation house. It provided ample room and was quite clean. The beachfront property was exactly what we wanted with multiple staircases to lead you down. There is a community pool which provided good relief for those with little ones who needed a beach break. Elevator worked perfectly. There are 2 dishwashers which came in surprisingly handy. We would stay here again.

We just spent a week here and had a fabulous time!! The house is beautiful and the company was very responsive when we did have an issue. I would recommend it for family get togethers or groups of friends. Very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Showers were a bit outdated but worked fine. Overall, a good experience!

Hot water tank

The home has two hot water tanks. One of the hot water tanks was broken and we were not made aware of this until I tried to take a shower in the master bedroom upstairs. There was no hot water and when the guy came over to fix it, he said we should’ve been told and they are already aware of this.

Location is everything, this house sits literally 11 steps off the beach to your private deck. This is the prime reason for renting this property.Cleanliness was OK, we were greeted by a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and several dead bugs on the floor of the ground level.Kitchen is NOT stocked to accommodate the quantity of people is can sleep. We could not find a decent frying pan in the kitchen and the drink ware was inadequate ( 8 coffee cups, 6 tumblers, 7 wine glasses, and 6 “on the rocks” glasses. We had to wash drink ware by hand in order to have enough to use daily. We actually purchased a frying pan and wine glass on day 2 of our stay. The French doors on the refrigerator are not sealing properly causing the refrigerator to both ice up and get condensation on the glass shelves Not going to get into details regarding the interior and exterior condition of the house, I will let some of the pictures I took speak for themselves.
