Great Spring Break Trip

Amazing!

Me and my kids had a great time! The house is beautiful and has been well taken care of. It could use a few updates but it’s perfect otherwise. Very quiet area which I prefer. You can’t even describe how amazing the sunrise is!

On the beach

We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing to be right on the beach and hear the waves. We got to see dolphins swim by and found lots of nice shells. The only issue we had was with one of the breakers tripping, which resulted in no electricity in one of the bedrooms and the jack and jill bathroom, and the gfi outlet in the kitchen tripping, which caused some of the outlets to not work. The realty office was very responsive.

Great house, beautifully furnished

I have stayed at many houses on Topsail over 12 years and this one is one of my favorites. About the only thing I would have wanted to be different was to have access to the beach from the top floor. I loved the location of the house, and especially that you allow pets. I thought the pet fee was kind of high, but was glad to be able to have a dog with us; it was her first time at the beach, and she loved the it! The beds are super comfy, and the kitchen is well appointed, contrary to many houses that seem to just have old, "leftover" pots and pans, etc. Appreciated having a large crock pot, too. There was a glitch in communications with the rental company regarding check-in. They did not email that the property is "now" contactless (the keypad on the house is NOT brand new) until 1:48 PM on the day of check-in, and that was 10 min after they sent an email with the old check-in instructions; this information should have been communicated from the beginning. Please rectify this for the future. Thank you, Jason, for sharing your house with us. Cindy, Lizzie, Zack and Liz, and also Rosie, the dog

Best view on the island

The view from this house just can’t be beat. The location was perfect, from the dolphins in the surf every day, to the distance to the pier, it was better than we could have planned!

Great Time at Sun Always Rises

Beautiful home on the beach in N. Topsail. Awesome sunrises and easy access to the beach. Enjoyed celebrating my DNP graduation with family at Sun Always Rises. Even on the cooler/windy days we enjoyed watching the ocean and seeing dolphins play from the living room sofa! Will definitely go back!

Location to the beach was fantastic. There were some cooling issues and some issues that I notified the realty company of and they never responded. I was expecting a return call to discuss the problems. They did not respond. There was a lot of early morning road noise which was disturbing.
