Awesome October Getaway

Property was just as advertised on listing. Gorgeous location right on the beach. Beach was beautiful. Pool and hot tub was very nice. Close shopping and grocery stores. Reasonable driving to Wilmington. Loved our stay.

Great place to stay

If you’re going to Topsail, I highly recommend staying here. Everything was super clean, response time for communication was quick and very accommodating, and the access to the beach was very close. The home even has an elevator which was so convenient for carrying bags and groceries up. The hot tubs and pool were a perk too and also very clean. Very well managed property.

Wonderful!!

We loved this rental! Perfect location and so close to the beach! Comfortable beds and the elevator a huge plus for my elderly mother! We had no issues; only thing we would have changed would be better stocked kitchen. We will definately be back!

This was the best beach trip ever!! Condo was very clean with direct access to the beach. It had everything we needed. Elevator was perfect for my parents that have trouble with stairs. Thank you.

Short stay at the beach

Family stayed 4 nights ocean front. Wonderful!! Walk down the stairs and you are on the beach. Our unit was clean and plenty of room for 9. Easy access instructions and the elevator really helped.

A great right-on-the-beach oasis

As soon as you pull up you'll notice how well this property has ben maintained against the weather and wear. Somehow, the elevator was overlooked in the listing => GAME CHANGER when getting coolers to the 3rd floor and luggage to the 4th. Hot tubs and gazebo's positioned perfectly for sun and moon rises. Super-responsive property manager but not bugging us. 3 main e-mails: 1) This is how you get in - Welcome 2) Day 2 - how's the stay going, need anything? 3) Last day, when you check out, this is what's needed. Probably the first VRBO property we will rent again based on location, cleanliness and amenities.

spectacular view and location

This was a working vacation for us. The location was ideal for our teens to enjoy the beach and fishing pier without worry. We loved having the 3rd floor suite to ourselves and each kid had their own space which was an added bonus. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. The only issue was missing beach chairs which we relied on since the description said they were included. I suspect prior guests didn't store them where they should have and I am confident the property owner will replace them. Definitely recommend a seafood pot from Topsail Steamer. That was a highlight for us as restaurants in the area are packed and service can be slow.

Perfect place beachfront with family!

A wonderful place to stay! Everything was top notch, clean, organized, nicely furnished, upkept well. Loved that it was right on the beachfront, had multiple balconies, private walkways to beach. Appreciated having a highchair and pack and play, chairs and umbrella already there and available to use. Owner was very quick to respond and assist with any problem or questions. Hot tubs and pool area well kept and clean. Elevators were so helpful, door locks with codes worked great. Beds were like sleeping on clouds! You could tell that every detail was well thought out and owner takes pride in his rental. Will definitely be staying again and recommending to friends! Communication about stay was ample, giving a guidebook with recommendations and how to use things. Super helpful.

All good things must come to an end!

We were a family of 5. Grandparents, son and family (their daughter age 12). The house was perfect! The layout was everything we could ask for. Grandparents had the upper level (very spa like!) and the younger people were on the 2nd level with the main level in between. The kitchen had everything we needed. The area was entirely residential with a quiet main street. Our son enjoyed being able to walk out of the house and being right at the ocean to fish at 6:30 in the morning! We ordered a DIY Lobster pack from Maine Lobster Shack (about 25 min away) for Thanksgiving and we enjoyed it so much we went back the next day for more of the same. Most restaurants are 20+ min away but that didn't bother us. The elevator was a must for my mobility challenged husband and the rest of us enjoyed it in getting luggage and stuff from the car to inside the house. The granddaughter enjoyed the bedroom set up for kids - especially the bunk bed. The beds were comfortable. No one complained about sleeping in an uncomfortable bed. We will definitely keep this on our list for future trips!!

Wonderful stay

The property was gorgeous and the location is great just steps off the beach. Hot tubs were great, lovely gazebo to have meals beachside. Very swift communication from owners, our first night there was a beeping from the elevator and a technician had it fixed by 9am the next day. We hope to stay again!

Great house!

We loved the easy access to the beach and the pool for afternoons when we didn't want to get all sandy (or when it was too windy on the beach). Perfect place for taking littles with plenty of room for pack and plays. We had what we needed to cook meals every night. Owner was very responsive to communication. Would recommend!
