Great Space!

This is the first time my family has stayed on the beach any many years and it lived up to every expectation. The great amenities like the pool, hot tubs, and elevator were a big hit and of course being able to go in and out from the beach was so nice. The host was very responsive to any questions and the check in/out process was a breeze. Couldn’t recommend this place any more.

Worth every penny. Nice and peaceful location. So clean. LOVED the elevator to all floors; vacationed with elderly mother and this was so magical and appreciated to have in a rental. Beautiful property. TY!

Beautiful location

Perfect location. Awesome elevator for an older pet. Nice balconies with chairs. Pool and hot tub were great. New couch needed tho. There’s no property next door so it’s somewhat secluded for a couple hundred feet. Memorable experience

NTB Treasure

We just returned from Restore by the Sea and could not have asked for a better trip. The property is clean and well maintained. This is huge for my wife. Ocean views were spot on and the pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids. Management was very responsive through the whole process. We are now looking for 2024 dates to return.

Summer Vacay

We had an outstanding time. The online guest portal was very easy to use and the property was perfect for our family. The weather was great and we were just a few steps from the beach. The check-in process was a little confusing but there was constant communication with the property manager so it wasn’t a big deal. I would say to plan your parking because space is very limited- that would be the only drawback to this property but it isn’t enough to keep us away! We’ll be back next year!

September Stay

The photos make the interior seem much larger than it actually is. The main floor is very tight for a group of 8-10 people. The 4 person hot tub was broken during our stay and parts of the house could have been cleaner. The main floor furniture could use a refresh. The outdoor furniture is screwed to the deck in opposite corners so there was no pulling a couple of chairs together for coffee or wine on the deck. Sitting 14-15 feet apart in opposite corners felt odd. All that being said, management was responsive, check in was easy, they sent helpful reminders, and the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful, relaxing week…we enjoy coming back to the same place year after year!

Property was clean and we had no issues with our stay. We look forward to coming back to this same property year after year. It’s the perfect size for our family and we love being right on the beach. The kids enjoy having the option of the pool also. We are already looking forward to next year!

Wonderful Layout and amenities. Personal Elevator for the different floors of the condo was great for bringing in luggage or groceries. The steps to get to the Beach were fine for us but could be difficult for anyone with health issues that steep steps could aggravate.Also, if you are staying in units 3 or 4, access to the gazebo area is not direct. You have to go downstairs to the pool area then go up steps on the units 1&2 side or go down to the beach and then go back up the other steps to get to the Gazebo. Overall, we loved the unit, the beach, and the area!

Restore...by the Sea - EXCEPTIONAL

Restore...by the sea is what our family needed for our Christmas Vacation. Our son is a US Marine and our family hosted him and along with some other Marine Brothers for the holiday. The unit was exceptional to say the least! We have so many positives to relay: The Kitchen had a ton of counter space and also had everything we needed to cook our various meals. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor were roomy and laid out well in order to 'house' all of our gang! The primary bedroom was very large and the bathroom was large - the shower was especially nice! The views were amazing as it felt like we were on the ocean! Again, we would refer our family and friends to vacation at one of the units as it had everything that we needed to have an enjoyable time with our family!

Concerns

We paid extra for property with pool due to 4 grandchildren. The pool was not usable in our opinion because of all the rough rocks used for fill between the stones surrounding the pool. The rocks were all over the surface and could not walk on without shoes. Not acceptable for pool area. Also I emailed on Monday that spicket handle was broken on water hose coming in from beach and wanted you to replace asap but heard nothing. Other than these 2 issues which can easily be fixed, the property was as described.

Wonderful Experience!

My family and I had an awesome vacation here! The house was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and the ocean view right from the living room was incredible. Watching the sunrise from our bed in the master bedroom was amazing. We could walk down the steps from the deck right onto the beach, and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Also, since we had an elder with us, the elevator was very convenient, opening on every floor. The big screen TV was great for watching World Cup games. Prashant was super responsive throughout our stay, and also provided us with various dining options in the area upon request. We definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future!

Amazing home with an even better view.

My family and I had and amazing stay in this home. The location couldn't be better being just step from the beach. The home was spotless and extremally well cleaned before our arrival. Plus an added bonus of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises daily. We will definitely come back.

Great Vacation!

Nice property and amazing location

Our family had a great stay! The location was AMAZING - just steps from the beach. Property is nice and updated. Linens are clean and new. Kitchen has what you need. Never had issues with hot water with everyone showering. Couldn’t hear neighbors or people in the pool/hot tub. Great communication and easy check in/out process. Highly recommend this place!
