The description says “stunning”. It is in no way shape or form even remotely related to stunning. The kitchen needs to be updated and is incredibly small and cramped and there is no place to store anything you bring except for a makeshift pantry in the breakfast/eating area. The microwave door handle is broken and the faucet has no pressure unless you pull it out and have it angled a certain way. VERY frustrating. Also, I had asked the question before our vacation if there was a crock pot and a grill there to help plan in packing. The property manager told me no to both. When we got there there were both at the house. That tells me that your property manager is not familiar with the property or the owner needs to update the information provided to the pm. The back door (which is the one you use all the time) gets stuck and locks you out frequently even if you just walk out on the deck. The outdoor shower does not drain properly and so was difficult to use unless you want to be standing in water.
The blinds at the front door are broken. Not a huge deal but just something else that was wrong. The house just needs a good overhaul. It’s very worn and lots of small things that on their own are not so bad but everything together screams “fix me”. We have rented ALOT of beach houses through the years ……some great, some not so great but this one unfortunately, was a bust and that on top of the weather we had made for a not so great vacation.
