Feel the Summer Wynd at this welcoming and spacious home on a piano key lot located in the Village of Stump Sound Community! Ocean to sound views abound from inside and out!

The top level open style great room provides comfortable seating for conversation or family movie night, ample dining accommodations and kitchen setup for your family meals, a half bath for convenience, an expansive ocean facing balcony with surrounding Atlantic Ocean views, not to mention a streetside balcony off the greatroom giving you gorgeous sound and estuary views!

For restful repose, the primary bedroom is located on the top level with the greatroom with private en suite bath complete with a garden tub. A second primary bedroom with private en suite bath is provided on the lower level. Two additional inviting bedrooms are provided on this level. All 4 bedrooms overlook the ocean and have slider access to the lower level deck!

The Village of Stump Sound offers community amenities for your family including 2 beach accesses, a community pool, tennis courts, and a soundside day dock without moorage.

Pros- great beach access and views -great set up and open lay out which is great for families and game nights! -loved the holiday fireworks on the beach -the beach in this area was not crowded Cons- very few complaints other than some non emergency repairs that the company said they would address in between tenants. Overall- highly recommend

*We had a very enjoyable stay at Summer Wynd. This was our first Tim in Topsail and we loved the community of Stump Sound! The house was clean and tastefully decorated, everything worked as it should. We had a view of the ocean and everything we needed for our week there. There were games, smart TVs with Roku access as well as a built in baby gate for the stairs! *We had issues with our keyless entry not working until 4:15 when checkin was at 4. We called Carolina Retreats the property manager multiple times with no answer, eventually the code just worked but no one ever called us back. Not the end of the world but not great customer service. Luckily we had no further need for them the rest of the trip! I would still recommend this property though!
