Enjoy the best of both worlds at Sunset Cove, a lovely home in North Topsail Beach! Sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac style street with gorgeous Atlantic Ocean to Intracoastal Waterway views inside and out! A contemporary duplex with a reverse split level floor plan, the great room on the top level affords beautiful views and modern style. A master bedroom with large master bath and two additional bedrooms are sure to lull you into relaxation! A two level covered porch and deck on the streetside with furniture and surrounding Atlantic Ocean views as well as open and covered deck areas with furniture overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway only add to the appeal! And, there are two public beach accesses only a short distance from the house, one a bit closer with walkover access and one just a bit further with parking!

Much needed rest

Our daughter lives in the area and we went for our granddaughter's birthday. We stayed all week for much needed rest. The house was amazing. We had great views of the marsh and were across the street from the ocean with easy access. It was quiet and peaceful. The house was equipped with everything we needed. There were a lot of stairs to climb, but that just ensured we got our steps in LOL! We really enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed the stay! Adequately stocked kitchen. Sidewalks along road would be nice but not a game changer. Marsh view is phenomenal and the ability to see the ocean was an extra bonus. If you need exercise there are plenty of stairs!

Great location and views…needs a thorough cleaning

Beautiful views of the inlet and ocean. Quiet and convenient location. 2 min walk to beach access. Very disappointed in the cleaning service and overall interior condition. Master shower and bathtub were filthy. Dog hair on furniture and floors. Dead bugs on interior window sill. Kitchen did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned…food splatter on trash can, stove and some on walls. Kitchen table visibly dirty. Killed a cockroach the second night. We paid for linens, but one bed was not made and linens were not left for it. Thankfully we brought an extra set. I’ve rented in Topsail for 4 years and this home was not in the condition we expected…or paid for. Would come back for location but the house needs some TLC and a deep cleaning.

Short but wonderful

The place was well maintained, multiple sitting areas with porch in each rooms and of course the living room and kitchen was such a plus. We have the view of both sides (sound and ocean) and the kitchen was well equipped, different spices and cooking stuff was a bonus. Location wise it was good enough for the price (of course ocean front would have been excellent) but I’m very much okay with the walking distance it was located and most of all the masters bathroom was very spacious with a huge walk-in shower. This place is highly recommend!
