Check in was super easy with texts and emails. The property was in a fantastic location directly on the beach and very private even though it has public access. The two queen balcony rooms upstairs were spacious as we watched the sunrise and sunset in bed when we wanted to. The other two upstairs queen rooms behind the queen balcony rooms were just large enough for a bed and shared a jack and jill bathroom with the balcony rooms (one of our least favorite layouts of the house)The two back bunk rooms were only big enough for the beds.The downstairs king room was fairly large but it was behind the living room and beside the kitchen with no view of the beach. The house itself needs many upgrades.Only one sliding door worked and leaked water at least a foot in to the room. (Property management said they were working on it)The kitchen had very outdated pots, pans, cooking utensils and mixing bowls, etc. The stove and oven were on the blink. Sometimes it worked but mostly the stovetop turned off while cooking and the oven took an eternity to heat up and didn't stay heated to the correct temp. The dining table is way too bulky and the glassoverlay made it almost impossible to set a plate down level. There were extremely large TVs in the bedrooms and living area .They seemed overly big and unnecessary for a beach house. It was nice having a washer and dryer. The outside shower was nice but i wouldn't let kids operate it alone, too finicky. Overall we were happy with our stay!
