「The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal...

「Beautiful Cottage. My husband and his son had a lovely stay. The communication failed regarding the thermostar - App under control of owner. It was a cold spell, but they like the temp 68 degrees day and night. On the last day when i checked re comfort. He said it had been cold. The thermostat was at 58 degrees. If you need heat be sure to check tbe thermostat relects your request.」

「Great Condo 7-0 at Peachtree Towers. Well maintained and kept. Jodie the host did an excellent job of answering all of our questions before arrival. Parking nearby was fine. Don't pay too much attention to Google reviews on that. Easy walk to Mercedes Benz Stadium and other local sites. Thanks to Jodi for having a well prepared, clean, and easy access condo. Will definitely use this site for future visits to ATL. Go Hoosiers!」
