Great location to the mountain, Viceroy (ski rentals are easy there!), and base of Snowmass restaurants and shops. Quick little gondola ride up to Snowmass Mall. Easy drive to supermarket and Aspen. Inside of unit comfortable, with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with plenty of towels and supplies. Kitchen is well stocked and large enough to cook and eat meals if you want. Convenient and free garage for your car, which is really helpful. Ski locker room and true ski-in, ski-out location. Latch system works well for keyless entry. Michelle the host is very quick and helpful with all communications, which we really appreciated. Only major drawback is the extensive construction with is very close to the unit, starting at 7am. There are loud noises, huge cranes and other construction equipment, bright lights into the rooms, and construction workers a couple feet from the windows and outside balcony, making opening the shades uncomfortable. I would still choose to stay there, but it is definitely worth being aware of all the major construction and buildings going up all around the unit.
