Soaring sloped ceilings and a grand stone fireplace create an impressive effect in this space. Set the tone for the evening by turning on the gas fireplace and curling up on the overstuffed sofa or easy chairs. A wall mounted flatscreen TV is tucked away in the corner, easily ignored if you want to take time to disconnect, but easily accessible if you desire evening entertainment. The living room flows easily into the kitchen, which boasts light and bright white cabinetry and high-quality stainless steel appliances. Casual dining is available on the spacious kitchen island, while the adjacent dining table is suitable for lively family meals. The dining table boasts seating for six and is positioned adjacent to multiple windows, creating an inviting space to gather.
While family time can easily be enjoyed in the spacious great room, this condo also offers multiple options for enjoying a good night's sleep in solitude at the end of the day. The master bedroom is tucked away from the great room for added privacy and boasts a comfortable king bed, flatscreen TV, and spacious dresser for unpacking. The ensuite bathroom offers a tub and shower combination with a separate vanity for added privacy. Right next door, bedroom 2 offers two twin beds and is situated across the hall from another full bathroom. Situated next to the great room, the third bedroom also offers two twin beds. From the condo's entryway, head up the open staircase to the second level sleeping loft, which the kids will love. Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
