「I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. 「The worst hotel I have ever stayed, please avoid. Some staff were rude, told me to pick up my towels from the front desk after I complained that my room was not cleaned, and said 'it is a courtesy from them to bring any amenities to the hotel guests'. I stayed there for almost a week, yet my room was never cleaned even when I requested room cleaning service. I also saw some ants in my room. Disgusting」
