“So many things wrong. Mold in bathroom, hair on sheets, dirty moldy dishes in dishwasher. Have to climb 4-5 flights of stairs bc on 3rd floor. I get no elevator But try hauling suitcases and then golf clubs up 5 flights everyday. No AC for us (apparently she didn’t know it wasn’t working) smart thermostats notify when disconnected and no screen ventilation. Cleaning standards are poor even if it had been cleaned. Dusty and fingerprints. Host had cleaning lady bring new sheets when I sent……

“The neighborhood is awful, no fault of the condos. Comfortable room and clean. Access to waterparks and pools but beware you cannot access bathrooms unless you find someone with a room key. A housekeeper found my granddaughters IPAD and they called us immediately to let us know. Didn't even realize we had left it. Love to know honest people still exist. The young lady at check in had a fantastic personality and was very helpful.”

“The owner asked us to cancel our reservation 30 days before arrival which was very stressful. After I contacted VRBO our reservation was not altered (still, it was worrisome). The view was great and an easy walk to the beach. The building was quiet and in awesome location. As other reviewers have stated, the condo needs a lot of TLC. Check in was easy and we enjoyed our stay overall. ”

“The house is very nice and welcoming and in a convenient place to everything. It’s also in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are no locks on the bathroom doors but it’s not an issue if everyone knows beforehand not to just barge in if the door is closed.”

“I was worried at first because of the last review that I read. However, it wasn't as they made it out to be. I did have some communication with Jennifer about the cleaning crew, it was nothing that I couldn't overlook and didn't hinder my stay. While the pics are different than what you actually get, the room is still cute and big enough for our needs. It met our needs and was what we needed it to be. We had 4 women in our group, there was plenty of space. I would consider staying again. ……
