"Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Upon check in, Poli was in constant communication with us and made sure all of our needs were met. Other staff that we really enjoyed Ivan at the pool, Ricardo at Hibachi, Jair at the buffet, David with activities, the staff at the coffee shop, spa, and the pool bar. 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to come back! "Les chambres et l’hotel sont très propre. Il y a deux piscines, une pour les familles et une pour adulte. Les deux piscines sont wow et les 2 sont beachfront. Je dirais que c’est plus beau en vrai qu’en photo. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Nous avons passé une seule nuit et le buffet était correct sans plus mais pour un buffet c’est correct. Tous le monde va y trouver sont compte 😇"

"Casa Hyde is a beautiful house inside and out, and very well maintained. Small but important details are well taken care of, such as having plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the community’s private beach, and high quality towels and bed linens. The property managers, Juan Carlos and Kristen, were so helpful, even arranging an unexpectedly needed ride from the airport with just an hour’s notice. The community itself is beautiful and in a great location to quickly get to all the things you want to do. "

"This hotel is not fancy, but it is lovely. Just what I needed for adjusting to the area prior to a group lead trip. Javier was a great bartender as others have said. The breakfast was wonderful also. The staff was very accommodating and friendly."
