The room was fine, the staff were terrific but the internet was slow and buffering a lot. The downtown location was noisy and inconvenient. I checked out early to get closer to the waterfront.

Clean, courteous staff. Only feet from an extremely busy road- heavy truck and auto traffic. Only about half the vehicles seem to have effective mufflers!

Loud noise very early in the morning, the internet didn’t work, and the TV didn’t work. Pretty clean, but not worth staying if you’re trying to rest and relax.

Staff was very nice specially cook and made brenda was very nice and acomadating except for receptionnist was very rude needs education in costumer service. We would hand her our cards or cash and she would throw or slide things back didnt let us know when we were done with transactions amd just rude. Hotel room was very clean and nice except for AC when we turn it on it smell like viniger and smell didnt go away so we didnt turn on it on also internet was very slow. Hotel is still under construction can bear a saw early in the morning amd didnt stop on weekends got woken up everyday 730 or 8am even on weekend days.

Comfortable and Clean Spacious Room

The person at the front desk was helpful and very nice. The room was very clean and spacious, when I got there all the appliances including the refrigerator were disconnected.

I did not stay - the rooms were nothing like the one advertised in the website...they were dark, windows were covered and access through a grimy back alley. The frontage of the hotel looked great but the photos of the rooms misleading.

Likes: The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I also appreciated that it was clean. Dislikes: No natural light. Would not recommend for long stays due to this. Ok: Location is okay although not in the touristy side of town. Nonetheless, there is a bus right across that can take you to the main road where you can take another bus to more central places and touristy places such as Cabo San Lucas, the beach, etc... Overall: Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and how helpful they were, also appreciate it being clean, and it was good to stay there on my last two days since it is close to the airport.

Did not get any sleep. Walls are extremely thin and could hear our neighbor snoring all night. A rooster that starting screaming at 3:30am until 8am. Loud dogs at all hours of the night. Every car and music playing that kept us up all night. Not a hotel- worse than a motel

I saw San Jose' in the posting and I was wrong in assuming this was close to town.. it is not. It is a good 15 minutes from city center and located way off the beaten path on a dusty road surrounded by junk. Other tenants doors were open and they were just hanging around outside. As an American who speaks no spanish, this was not a good or safe choice for us (frankly our cab driver said he wasn't going to let us off there) and I didn't even see any places to eat as we also had no car and would be walking wherever we needed to go. The staff was very nice and understanding when I explained we would not be staying. You just really need to speak fluent spanish and have a way to get food if you are going to stay here.

Horrible disgusting stench both hotels.com

Horrible avoid !! I can’t believe hotels.com had this as an option and after I booked a 2night stay I only stayed 1night and left first thing in the morning when being woken up by drilling and construction in th the very same room I was tried to be acomodares in the day before that had a horrendous stench of pee and human feces and you could tell they tried to cover it up with fabulosos cleaner. Then the room that we got placed in had no water for the rest of my evening so obviously those were not conditions for any person going on vacation. I immediately informed hotels .com and still haven’t gotten a refund do to “ strict cancellation rules” well how about the name you up hold to secure bookings and to keep up your side of the bargain when having such disgustion hotels on your website !

Everything you need, but a 20 minute Uber from downtown Cabo activities but closer to airport. Noisy on weekends (local bar) so ask for a back room. Staff are wonderful and the little restaurant attached has excellent food.
