“This was a great place to stay in Alert Bay. Quaint and quirky, with excellent and friendly staff. Try the restaurant downstairs, the fish and chips and their curries were both excellent!”

“My room was the first room in the corridor. The corridor was having a door which was heavy. Each time people came in or went out through the corridor, the door slamming loudly. One morning, other guests might need to catch a very early morning flight, and woke me up. Other than the door all other things were good. Staff were friendly.”

“The door entry system is very unreliable. I had trouble opening the door almost every time I tried to use it, which was quite frustrating. The overall environment is just average, and the hotel’s facilities and equipment feel quite old and outdated. The property could definitely use some renovation and upgrades. Overall, the experience was below my expectations.”

“Nice cozy place, it’s next to a Art Gallery, so lots of art in the rental, walking distance to the docks, the keys were already inside the rental so you don’t need to check in, but if you want to Just go into the Art Gallery and the owner is there if you have any questions”
