「When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay $75. 「This spot is in a fantastic location. I was there for a conference and could easily walk to and from all of my events. This felt pedestrian, not a ton of extras or top finishes at this location. I will say it was clean and safe and had great customer experience. I would def book again. 」
