「During my recent four-night stay at a hotel, I was thoroughly disappointed by several key factors. Firstly, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, lacking proper support and featuring uneven springs that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the towels provided in the room were in poor condition, with frayed edges, tears, and even holes. This lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was disheartening. 「Stelvio pass was nearby which was the main reason of our trip. The hotel was perfectly located and had underground parking which was great. The rooms were ample and well equipped. Dinner and breakfast were great quality. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Hotel veramente bello, camere molto pulite e spaziose, nonostante sia su una strada statale è molto silenzioso.
In più c'è una bellissima spa, un po' piccina ma molto graziosa 😊.
Colazione molto buona e anche al ristorante dell'hotel si mangia davvero bene 」
