「Do not carry large suitcase as there have many many stone steps and extremely difficult to carry all the way along to hotel as google maps might fake you the wrong way. Besides of this, hotel staff are helpful and breakfast is good.」

「Safe and quiet area. Nice steak restaurant close by.」

「Lovely place, great location, helpful staff. Nice touches include snacks in the room and flower boxes outside of the windows. The spa was a very pleasant bonus, but you have to book in advance. Our only complaint was about something outside of the hotel's control--there was a lot of noise at night from outside revelers. I think that is what happens when you are near the Piazza Navonna. 」

「such a beautiful new hotel! I enjoy the stay so so much! a warm welcome by the front staff during the checkin. lovely room and around 10mins walk from terminal. not too near and not too far. outside is bus station / train station, but I do enjoy the Florence walk instead of taking any transportation. Value for money, surely will stay again when I come visit Florence next time. 」
