This great house was fully refurbished in 2015 and offers all you need for a perfect family holiday.
Over 250 sqm of living space, with 5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and dinning area and a nice playroom for children. Separate laundry room.
Large garden with pool and terrace, BBQ, chill out and play areas.
Easy car access, only 5 minutes drive from Soller centre.
The house is perfect for a group of friends or a family with children.
It's location is unique and private, with views over the surrounding mountains. Very bright and sunny, offering shaded areas in the garden for summer 'siesta'.

Sóller Solitude

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this property. It’s a very peaceful location a short walk from the center of Soller but out of the hustle and bustle of town. The house has orange and lemon trees around it - we were squeezing fresh juice the entire visit - and the pool is even better than it looks in the photos. Perhaps our favorite feature of the house was the back patio - a quiet restful spot with a trellis of bougainvillea overhead. The house itself was comfortable and clean - all of the bedrooms - particularly the two Master bedrooms were spacious and bright. Likewise, the bathrooms were unusually large for an older house like this and the showers were great ( normally a complaint from Americans like us when visiting European towns ). Our granddaughter loved the Playroom - which was a welcome bonus. The kitchen was beautiful, quaint- typical Mediterranean country kitchen. The appliances were not the most modern - but we found everything more than adequate to handle our group of six - and we cooked in often. Communication with the property manager Magdalena was excellent. We had a few questions upon arrival that she immediately answered - she was very responsive. My only suggestion to improve the experience would be for the property to have some sort of welcome manual or package describing how to operate everything. We had to figure out how to operate a number of things on our own. Nothing we couldn’t handle but it would have been nice to have instructions

Fabulous house in amazing location

Beautiful house that was full of character, comfortable and very roomy inside and out for our three generation, six adult, two children group. The gardens were lovely with a variety of sitting areas and the pool was great and very secure with child proof gate. The bedrooms were all on slightly different levels which gave privacy and quiet but meant that children (1 & 4) ended up sharing with their parents on the top floor (final steps quite steep with handrail only on one side) rather than in a room of their own. The location is perfect with amazing scenery and there is a brilliant shop about 5 minutes walk away with everything we needed including bakery, fruit & veg, cheese, olives and local wine. Soller is a flat 15 minute walk away so we didn't need a car and used local buses to get around. Although it would probably have been better to have someone meet us at the property and show us round, Magdalena responded quickly to our queries. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent villa in a really good location

We were 2 families with older children. The villa is beautiful set in orange groves with a bbq area, swimming pool and air conditioning. There are several very nice restaurants within walking distance of 15 mins and closer. and also a cooperative farm shop 5 mins away. Lovely area for walks and exploring. Taxis are not reliable so rental cars are recommended (and not too big a car as the rods in Soller are narrow). The house is well appointed although has seen some wear and tear with use with regards to the appliances. The garden is very beautiful and very peaceful with several different shaded areas to sit in with really good views of the surround mountains. The shops and restaurants in Soller are an easy flat 15-20 min walk away; Biniaraix is 20 mins away (slight hill up at the end) and we found our favourite walk was a hike of 1 and 3/4 hours round trip taking in the hills , olive groves and the town of Fornalutx (using Komoot app). The best restaurant we found in the area was the closest at about a 5 min walk and is called Raff19. Also the tapa at Cafe Es Barranc in Biniaraix was superb. The port is accessible by either taking the tram from Soller town (fun but expensive at 8euro each way) or bus (1euro each way); taxis are tricky to get. A tip for drivers - avoid relying on SatNav to drive out of the village and just follow signs for Palma - the road layout has changed and you can easily get stuck in an recurring loop !

Magical property where special memories have been made

This villa is one in a million and absolutely superb in every way. From the beautifully decorated spacious interiors, the numerous garden seating areas and the incredible pool area there is something for all age groups. The property is very well equipped and you do not want for anything. We marvelled at the mountains, especially during and incredible thunderstorm, and loved just taking in the beautiful location. The local farmer co-operative is a short walk away from the villa and provides for all your shopping needs and the walk into Soller is a very enjoyable 20 minutes. Soller provides a wide range of wonderful restaurants and we ate out every night as we so enjoyed the menus. The purpose of our holiday was to celebrate a 70th birthday and we have made such wonderful memories from this holiday that we will never forget. We ate, drank, swam, talked, sang, went on the beautiful little tram, wandered round the port and cried when we had to come home. Our granddaughters said best holiday ever !!We cant thank Magdalena enough for all she did for us and know one day we will go back.

Magdalena's Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful week in the Mallorca sunshine and the villa's sometimes very welcome shade. The villa was perfect for myself and wife, her sister and our adult children and their partners. It's in a beautiful setting and as keen walkers we had four long walks up to 1000m height in the surrounding limestone mountains followed by sun bathing next to the perfect pool. Soller is a beautiful town with great restaurants and cafes. Thank you Magdalena !!

Wonderful house, magical property, walking distance to beautiful Soller

This house was perfect for our 2-years delayed (due to pandemic) family reunion vacation (4 couples). There were 4 bedrooms with Queen size beds and 3 full bathrooms (1 with tub/shower, 2 with shower). The common spaces were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was clean and very well-equipped. The property is truly spectacular: orange and lemon trees everywhere (fresh OJ each morning!), lovely plantings, multiple seating areas, beautiful salt water pool with 360 degree views of the mountains and valley, and the scent of orange blossoms in the air. Stunning. It was easy to walk to Soller (15 min) and the local Farm Coop (5 min), and many other lovely towns can be walked to on the various footpaths. We were glad to have rented cars, though, to be able to drive to Palma, Alcudia, Port de Pollenco, Deia and Valdemossa- all are recommended. There was ample parking for our 2 cars. All in all, a vacation to remember forever, and we can't wait to return.

Soller Autumn Sun

Can Busquets is a beauty. Amazing pool and gardens. Comfortable and well equipped interiors with plenty of room for a large group not to be on top of each other and for the children to play either inside or outside. Magdalena was super quick to respond to any of our questions although there weren't many as everything we needed was already provided. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful house!

We had a great time at the house as a group of friends. It’s big enough to find your own space and is well equipped. The approach lane is narrow so a small car so needed to get by. It is possible to walk into Soller and there is an excellent cooperative shop selling groceries which you can walk to. From Soller you can get the wooden train to the coast, or stay in Soller and enjoy the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants available. It’s quite difficult to find a large house which doesn’t need you to drive everywhere once you have arrived, but this house was great for just kicking back and relaxing. We even managed to swim in the pool a few times, which was nice given that it was mid October. Communication with the manager before arrival was easy and she was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this house.

Relaxation in Paradise

We can't say enough positive things about this gorgeous home. We arrived late in the day to the home and we were greeted with a warm welcome by Inez. She made sure that we were all settled in that night ... she even drove us to a restaurant that was still open. The home was absolutely immaculate and well equipped with everything that we could possibly need. The property and pool area were well maintained and very private. We had a great time picking fresh oranges every morning for juice. That was a special treat. The location could not have been better. It is very close to town to enjoy everything, yet it is still very tranquil and private. This is definitely a home that we would love to return to in the future !! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Faboulous venue the house its grounds and pool matched up to the hype. As a family we found we spent lots of time in the vast gardens pool and outside area. Family holiday

Beautiful house!

We stayed in the house for one week. We were 8 adults celebrating my 60th birthday. It was perfect. The views were stanning! The pool were so nice! Plenty of room for all. Flowers, lemon and orange trees for fresh juice in the mornings. Close to the house you can buy groceries from local farmers. You have hiking just round the house. We will defintive be back. Our special time in Sóller.

Three generations of my family enjoyed a very special time in C’an Busquera, a week of sunshine was perfect. We could not have wished for a nicer Villa, it was spotless and well appointed, the garden is lovely, orange and lemon trees were perfect for our daily fresh breakfast orange juice. We had most of our meals outside in the shade. The views were amazing, the pool great, as was the table tennis table for our tournament. As we were in easy walking distance of shops, tram, train and buses we decided not to hire a car which was great, as was the Port and seaside. We had full communication with Inez throughout the whole process. She welcomed us on our arrival with some goodies for us to enjoy, put flowers around the villa and did some shopping for us prior to our arrival. As Inez spoke perfect English and we did not speak Spanish she ordered a taxi for 8 to meet us at the airport and take us back. She was so very very helpful throughout, any problems or queries she sorted immediately. At the end of the week we were all sad to leave. A little message from my 2 young Granddaughters. As we came in April please can you warm the pool up a bit ready for our next visit. 😊
