  • Xaloc Apartment is a newly refurbished property located in the genuine fishermen district at the port side of Puerto de Soller. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach and local shops. Xaloc is a second-floor apartment decorated with taste and set in a tranquil not tourist area, yet to a walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The private terrace with own dining area overlooks the harbour with its mix of fishing boats and yachts. The top large terrace in the building can be used for the guest staying at Xaloc and overlooks the harbour with its mix of fishing boats and yachts. The apartment is an airy and light open space with a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and living room with sofa, Air Conditioning in bedrooms and dinning room, WIFI, Sat TV and DVD. There are two large stylish bedrooms (one double and one twin) both with balcony and spectacular views over the harbour, and a modern shower room. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist toll. Check in und check out sind total unkompliziert und wir haben eine wunderbare Auszeit genossen.

Lovely stay gorgeous place apartment ticked the boxes very close to the front.. lovely street down the hill and around the corner with shops’ supermarkets bakers medical centre everything at hand… beach was clean people very friendly.. lots of choice for eating lunch/dinner.. lovely walk around the marina…

Excellent location with amazing views…..clean quirky in that it is a home we think owned by Spanish people, there are two flights of stairs to climb up so not suitable for the too elderly or infirm.

Fantastic location, just a couple of minutes from the port. Beautiful views of the harbour. Apartment was very clean and ideal for a small family. Only quibble was the that there was no handsoap in the bathroom. Overall a great stay.

Sehr hübsch eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung mit guten Matratzen und gemangelter Bettwäsche (). Es fehlt an nichts, lediglich die Kochplatten reagieren sehr langsam. Ein Balkon mit spektakulärem Blick über die Bucht (Strand und Yachthafen), Sonne ab mittags und herrlichen Sonnenuntergängen. Die Kommunikation über Handy war sehr gut und Mireia stets behilflich und entgegenkommend. Danke für diesen tollen 9-tägigen Aufenthalt!

Lovely apartment

We loved this apartment - it's in the perfect location near to the beach and shops, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Mireia the owner responded quickly to the couple of minor queries we had (things we couldn't find) but everything was in order. The fresh oranges she'd left for us were also a really nice touch. We will definitely be coming back to stay there!

Perfect location

My son and I loved everything about this little apartment. It was just around the corner from the accommodation my other son and his family had rented. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony, especially at sunrise and sunset. Thank you!
