Stone villa with mountain views, quiet and close to the city center

Only after crossing the property’s orange tree grove will you discover this beautiful and elegant house. Nested in the heart of the Soller valley, it offers a haven of peace and tranquility whilst remaining close to the city of Soller (a 15 min walk). Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana.

Its facades, hinting with golden reflections, are built from hand-masoned local rocks, and the roof is covered with Roman tiles which are a characteristic of this mountainous region.

After entering the house, you will discover a vast space that includes a a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. This living room has a television which allows you to access several channels.

Two rooms are located on the ground floor : they can each hold two people, and are equipped with queen-sized beds. One of the rooms has its own integrated bathroom. The floor also offers another bathroom, next to the second room. Each bathroom has a shower and toilets. An independent toilet and a laundry room (equipped with a washing machine and a dryer) are also located at this floor.

After climbing up the stairs made of Mallorcan stone, you will be presented on the first floor with two other rooms with view on the mountains, each having 2 individual beds, that fit children as well as adults. A bathroom with a small bathtub and a shower is also present on that floor.

You will enjoy magnificent views on the surrounding Sierra de Tramuntana, and the nature around. The terrace, sheltered by a sheet of reeds, will allow you to eat meals outside and you will fully benefit from the outdoor kitchen to prepare barbecues. This kitchen has a cast iron oven and a space for grilling. This space is in front of the swimming pool and its terrace, fitted with sun loungers and parasols.

House is well equipped (TV, Hifi, Domotic, Kitchen,...) and includes air condtioning and a floor heating (winter month) in every room.

A large garden and orangery offer privacy and tranquility. The garden is regularly maintained.

Terrace with a table that can hold up to 12 people, and outdoor seating. Barbecue (outdoor kitchen, please note that charcoal and wood are not provided) and a ping pong table in the garden.

The swimming pool is not enclosed, however it is place in front of the house to facilitate surveillance. It is 13 x 4m, has a depth of 1.3m up to 2.1m and is maintained with a salt electrolysis process.

The parking is protected with a reed screening, and can hold up to 4 cars.

Each bed will be prepared (sheets / blankets) and each guest will have 3 towels (2 bath towels and 1 pool towel).
The list of available consumable amenities are the following:
. Kitchen: trash bags, sponges, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets and dishwashing liquids
. Bathrooms: liquid hand soap and toilet papers
. Laundry: washing machine tablets

Booking can only be done at the earliest 12 months before the arrival date.

Please note that the house can only accommodate a maximum of 8 people (including adults, children and babies).
