Beautiful little mountain town retreat

This was the perfect place to stay for our family as we explored the island of Mallorca. It was so quiet and peaceful and the setting was beautiful! The space was clean and welcoming. It was easy to check in and we are so grateful for the gated parking space so we didn’t have to manage parking on the narrow roads. The kitchen was adequately stocked and we enjoyed the drinks and snacks upon arrival. We enjoyed hiking to the town of Fortalux and the nearby trails. I would highly recommend this space to anyone!

Best last minute trip ever!

Decided to spend the new year somewhere else and not too crowed and we made an incredible last minute found. Not only the house was perfect, clean, warm, well equipped and with very good wifi but the village and its locals are very generous and welcoming. We already made friends and had the most fantastic spanish new years eve! The nice weather made it very unusual for us and we will never forget about this trip. Did not want to go back home...

Petit village très mignon dans les montagnes, notre meilleur airbnb des vacances. La maison est propre et très jolie, le petit balcon permets des apéros coucher de soleil sur la montagne superbes. Nous avons adoré y séjourner, le parking est à deux pas et il y a un petit restaurant juste en dessous qui est très bon!

Peaceful village house near mountains and walking routes

The house is spacious and comfortable and in an extremely quiet location as the village is not really a through-route for cars; the roads are very narrow indeed. It looks to be recently restored and has been very thoughtfully done. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace views and the tranquillity and the 25 walk down into town along quiet roads and through lovely surroundings. Beds and sofas very comfortable .Good base for walking and peaceful sleep. The kitchen was well enough equipped; we cooked most days at home. Magdalena had even left us a small welcome gift of her own olive oil and an orange marmalade which was a lovely gesture.

Hikers! best base house you will find in the area.

We wanted a house as a base after our daily walks, discovering as many walking routes we could. Not only we had the most wonderful walks along the "tramontana" but the house was fantastic.

Best town house we have ever stayed in.

This little town house has got all you need, the furniture and deco is exquisite. The roof terrace is a bonus. Biniaraix is a small village full of lovely people. We made a lot of nice morning walks up in the mountains or down to the village of Soller and Port de Soller. There are only to bars, one of them is also a restaurant and are simply perfect. We will be back!

Könnte super sein, aber...

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind gleichwertig, nett und mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet! Die angegliederten Badezimmer sind gut. Die Ausstattung der Küche für spanische Verhältnisse gut. Allerdings wird das Haus nicht gut verwaltet. Da keine Spülmaschine im Haus ist, müsste man mal durchgucken, ob andere Gäste die Küche gut hinterlassen... Das gültige Passwort für das WLAN haben wir bis heute nicht. Ebenso die Angabe, wo der Müll hinkommt usw. Außerdem stinkt der Abfluss der Waschmaschine im Haus oder was auch immer bis in die Schlafzimmer. Schade, das Ferienhaus hat Potenzial, ist aber sein Geld so nicht wert.
