“地理位置是非常好的，但如果洒店能有保安在門外守衛會更理想，太多人會在門外守候想打旅客主意了。實在令人有不安感覺。還有，理應VIP ACCESS的洒店應該要有升級，但我沒有感受到。”

“A nice and convenient place near the town centre. The room is clean, tidy,large enough and equipped with kitchen ware for cooking. Reception is excellent.”

“A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay. ”

“Apartments and halls really clean & modern. Secure building with key code access through a number of doors. Apartment really spacious and priced really reasonably compared to a hotel room you would swing a cat in. Only downside which is totally out of control of the place is the noise from Mathew Street long into the morning. Great to have a central location but not that central you're on top of it.”

“Spacious, clean, perfectly located for a city trip as many restaurants, bars around and inner city dock area is in walking distance. You notice, that the flat already saw some customers, so not the newest ones. But in the end all fine, especially for that price. We would recommend it and book again.”

“Stayed in apartment 9, 3 single beds but were tight together , apartment was fine although didn’t use any amenities as was staying for the football. Location is great, allowed to drop bags of early which was appreciated.”

“住宿地點不錯，就在鬧區內，廚房和客廳空間超級大！進去的時候有驚訝了一下，沙發很舒服，整體都還滿舒適的。 浴室用水或洗澡的時候，會有一個很大聲的馬達聲，連隔壁在使用他們自己的浴室時都聽得到他們的馬達聲...可能是老房子的通病吧？！ 停車有配合的停車場，還是要付款但可以折扣，也算是方便。 入住前要先預繳保證金和寄ID給他們，這個不知道是文化關係還是什麼...不太適應很沒安全感...但最後結論是有退還保證金。”

“Great location as its central to most things, had an apartment and depending on where bedroom was it was either quiet or noisy but being central to liverpool city centre you expect this. Very clean and tidy apartment that was easy to access for 9 of us. Stayed for two nights and enough towels and toilet rolls.... just.... to keep going. Well stocked clean kitchen with utensils and cooking items with fridge, microwave and iron etc. Toiletries you must bring yourself. Anyway an odd stain on the……

“This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it. ”

“Would highly recommend, was unsure at first, with some bad reviews but they where unfounded, very nice clean apartment with all utensils included, I will definitely book again The only thing that was a little let down was the TV was broke But I had my iPad so could still watch everything on that ”

“Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. ”

“Great location, spacious with modern amenities. Clean but not top notch, cobwebs seen at some corners. Low hanging bulb in apartment 25 over the dinning table need changing. I hit my head against it on multiple occasions. Overall, it was a good facility ”

“I loved this apartment, it was one of the best I've ever stayed in. It was large, clean, and had everything that was needed. Parking was easy and the location on the promenade was excellent.”

“Absolutely stunning hotel we love staying here . The only negative thing is paying for the parking which I feel should be in with the cost . The breakfast at £19.50 is quite costly you have lots of choice but still feel it’s rather high . That said it wouldn’t stop us from staying here again it’s beautiful , the staff are all so lovely and helpful . We will definitely be booking again for our Christmas stay ”
