「Great location, great hospitality. 」

「Place was comfy, spacious and quiet. There are 2 living area for you to kickback, enjoy and watch some TV. My partner and I enjoyed our stay. There's plenty of parking space on the property and off street parking. Only couple minutes from downtown Providence, which made it supper easy for us to go visit. Only downside was the place didn't have any towels or towel hangers for when you're done taking a shower. Luckily for us, we always travel with our own towels. Since, it's a new listing, maybe...

Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future」

「Chris was very friendly when we met him at the location. He gave us some great tips on places to eat and which days we should do a reservation for. The place is in a great location and walking to places was very convenient. Uber is there as well if you wanted to travel a little further or if you want the break from walking. We did find that we could have used or brought more to use in the kitchen. The coffee maker didn't work for us, but there is a little coffee shop right down the road so that...
