"The first room we got at check-in smelled like cigarettes and the microwave didn’t work. We spoke with the receptionist and she upgraded our room since there were no more rooms available only suites and apologized to us for this. She was such a sweetheart and joked with us. I would stay again. "

"A/c didn't work heat didn't work, 2 out of 4 elevators didn't work.weird smell in bathroom, toilet didn't flush until I fixed it. There were so many holes in the driveway coming in it was like a maze to get around the all, this is not an exaggeration. "

"Nice comfortable room and bed. Shower and bathroom were great. Lighting good and night window shades helpful. Breakfast was fair. Scrambled eggs were powdered eggs mixed with water I don’t eat pork at all. Also I’m low carb so I had oatmeal fruit and coffee. Generally. basic breakfast options. It was fine for me. Staff were really nice! "

The bed frame, heating and coffee maker we not in a good condition. I usually stay at choice hotels as the they are clean and comfortable. I did not get my moneys worth at all in staying here. The property needs an overhaul. "
