「Room was great, clean and comfortable. Bar staff unfortunately didn't seem to know what they were doing and we were overcharged but staff on front desk were very helpful Breakfast was good for most of our party but not much for a dairy intolerance. Games room was a pound for each game. Great and convenient that it is right next to The Wookey caves.」

「Great location with plenty of parking. The room was a nice size, out the back away from the road and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they let me have a takeaway box for breakfast because of my early start.」

「The staff were friendly, fun and efficient. A disabled parking space was close by for my husband and the ground floor bedroom exceptionally well accommodated and comfortable along with a wet room! The bar was fun, friendly and busy with excellent menu, great service and atmosphere. A local group of friends informally got together with instruments and voices. Much enjoyed. Highly recommended」

「Beautiful riverside room with a large balcony on the Somerset Levels - Peaceful and quiet, we loved watching the moorhen family on the river and the kingfishers racing up and down. The breakfast offers were excellent and very well presented..」

「房間非常寬敞，有浴缸，在英國以這價錢能有這樣的房間已是超值。附近有超市和Fish & chips shop，也算方便。因今次是自駕，所以酒店位置是沒問題的，但如果搭公車就不是太容易去到了。」
