A nice hotel for families. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great, friendly and helpful. It's proximity to the caves is great and it's a half hour walk away from Wells. The food in the restaurant was good too.

Staff made check in really easy and couldn't be more helpful generally. The hotel had a lovely cosy vibe and our triple room was spacious. There were quite limited and expensive options in the hotel and surrounding area for dining but the breakfast was great.

Couldn’t fault it. The hotel is ideally situated as a base for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is plentiful with a good choice. The staff go out of their way to help. All in all would thoroughly recommend a stay here
