“It was a bummer the elevator was broken so carrying our luggage up some steps wasn’t the most fun getting in around midnight. There could have been better instructions in regards to parking. We had to google the Brookline parking regulations to know that we couldn’t stay parked on the street from 2am to 6am and there were day limitations as well. None of that was disclosed and that would have been very helpful. The water didn’t get very hot. The building was cool looking though.”

“The place is very cute and well decorated. The shower and bathroom was much smaller than expected so I would keep that in mind. We also had to climb three flights of stairs to get to our room. The AC also didn’t seem to be working as it was incredibly hot at night. The communication and hospitality was good, just felt the experience wasn’t as great as I had hoped.”
