「We were on vacation in Southern California for a week and were lucky enough to be able to spend our first two nights in this beautiful home. Our host was gracious and left water, beer and wine for our enjoyment. The bed was super comfortable and the views were amazing. We would most definitely stay here again.」

「Pros: The view is gorgeous. The house is amazing and spacious and huge. The area is fantastic. Cons: This is a well used rental, lol. The locks and sliding doors were all kinda jacked up. There were ants everywhere. One fire place didn’t work. The house is lit really dim at night and the hot tub didnt work until the last day. That said, the pros outweighed the cons.」

「Great place four our family to get together and celebrate the graduation of our daughter from California Lutheran University. Kinsie (host) was gracious, friendly and did everything to make sure the residence was ready. Overall the residence was clean and ready to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi made a great entertainment for our family to enjoy. Close proximity to Cal Lutheran made it easy to get to/from the celebration with lots of food options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this...

「For the location price was expected. Out the door to the sand. Checking was easy. Like everyone else I will Note this property needs an interior facelift. Well stocked but couch is stained, the furnishings, cabinets are aged. Big tv on third floor is out of service so you watch a small one that’s in a desk obstructed a pole in floor blocking view. A little money and they could make this a real gem! Ping pong table was a blast. Kitchen/family space was a great size.」

It has a pool and spa but we didn’t use it as we didn’t want to pay a bunch extra to heat it. The area is quiet and safe. Overall a good place for housing my extended family.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. Highly recommend!」

「Very nice home that was super close to the beach. The beach was almost empty all 3 days of our stay. The home was very well stocked with everything except toilet paper (which was no biggie :). We loved it and will definitely stay again. OH yes, and the property manager allowed a late check out which was amazing!」
