Our 2 rooms experienced cooling issues and were a little warm a couple of nights, but not bad, especially since it was cool outside. There was a little difficulty explaining this to lobby attendants due to the language barrier, but they quickly connected me with someone by phone that communicated in English easily. We enjoyed the location as well."

"The room was large, by Korean standards. It even had a small bathtub! We had a beautiful view of the beach, which was a short walk from our room. There was easy access to Gamcheon Village by bus. Breakfast had a large variety of hot, delicious foods."

We had the do not disturb sign on! Wen I finally got to someone at the desk they did not speak English and tried to explain it was the exterminator that is no excuse as there was a do not disturb sign on the door Very poor training and lack of concern and safety for guests choose another hotel there are many on the beach"
