「On our arrival at check in I was told that room is not ready because they short on staff.I asked if they have king bed instead of queen lady said yes and never told me it's going to be extra charge.I was charged 100$ extra . Very poor customer service and place not worthy this kind of money! Room next to the bad full of crumbs.」

「It's a motel and the location is pretty good. Everything is in walking distance since it's a small town. Yet, the lodge is too old and it's on the main street. You can hear everything, even the snores next door.」

「索诺拉是个繁华的小城，第一次来，还是很有好感的。逛街和购物都感觉很开心。 酒店的房间都在底层。搬行李比较方便。位于路边，稍微有点吵。 房间不大，比较舒适。 早餐非常非常非常简单 wifi不能使用，向前台反馈过，之后仍然不能联网。我们只能使用自己的手机流量。」
