「When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.」

「Our stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. Honestly, calling this place a hotel is being generous.
We were traveling as a family of four, with two young children, and from the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. Check-in took over an hour, and the staff member assisting us was rude and unhelpful. After finally checking in, we spent another 10 minutes wandering around trying to find our room because nobody explained where it was located.
