The room came with good amenities. It had a nice balcony. There was a good swimming pool and spa. However, it’s a twenty minute walk from the centre of Sorrento. Other than that the hotel was perfect.

The most wonderful hotel! Perfect room, perfect pool & rooftop garden, and absolutely delicious breakfast! Staying here was a highlight of our trip. Maybe not as "close to the action" as some other properties (it took us about 15-20 minutes to walk into the center part of town) but that was absolutely no problem. 10/10 -- excellent hotel.

Good location, easy access to town by road. Nice hotel and clean. Outdoor area ok, but could be improved as looks a little tired. Noise from traffic and balcony view was not ideal given the price paid for the room. Food at the bar was expensive but there was a good selection breakfast. Staff at front desk were helpful but not always

The breakfast and pool were very good. The only complaint is that rooms are not sound proof and too tiny. It is 15 minutes far away from ferry docks, which I think is far. You can ask for taxi in the reception and it comes fast and is cheaper than uber

Lovely and clean. Rooms nice and modern and good size. Lovely extra la such as arrival biscuits, shower caps, toothbrush & toothpaste, ear plugs and eye mask etc. Breakfast good and a member of staff was really helpful with gluten free food however it would have been useful if the food was labelled as gf anyway. Pool area run down but fine overall. Spa was a lovely touch and highly recommend.

The property is along Corso Italia which is the main road towards the plaza where the shopping and restaurants are located. It is a 10-15minutes walk along cobble stones. The staff was professional and helpful from the concierge, restaurant/breakfast room to housekeeping! They even would ask and offer to clean the room but I think it’s unnecessary! :) I made them clean our room twice but would request daily new towels. The pool is also a treat when you want to chill for a day! Very close to small grocery store to pizza restaurant to salon. We also took advantage of the local beach club. It was a hike but we consider it as a good exercise for a day! It is also easy to get a taxi from the concierge! Overall , 5 stars for my family and me😊.
