This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 4000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- Proof of identity and refundable deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).
Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
