I had an awful experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay away. The service was unacceptable from start to finish.
First, the front desk failed to inform me of important details, such as the dress code for the buffet — which is crucial at an all-inclusive resort. When I showed up in a sleeveless shirt, I was refused service, even though I had already paid for an all-inclusive stay.
The outlet in my room didn’t work, and despite reporting it, no one ever came to fix it. On top of that, I made a dinner reservation at one of the restaurants, and Erika at the front desk confirmed it for 8:30 PM. However, at 8:10 PM, she called to tell me the reservation wasn’t actually made — and by then, I had no other dining options available.
Overall, I paid for a service that was not delivered. Poor communication, lack of basic hospitality, and being denied access to food I paid for made this a very frustrating and disappointing stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
