Lovely views but needs more TLC
I recently enjoyed a stay at this penthouse, and while there were some highlights, there were also notable concerns.
The apartment was very clean, which I appreciated, and the views from the apartment were simply excellent, adding a lovely touch to my vacation. However, the furnishings left something to be desired. The couches were old and uncomfortable, the rugs were in poor condition and quite gross, and the shower had low water pressure, which was disappointing.
Additionally, while I appreciated the assistance of the doorman who helped with my luggage, I found it uncomfortable when he lingered and asked personal questions about me and my family. A little more professionalism in that regard would go a long way.
Overall, the cleanliness and views were great, but improvements in furnishings and staff interactions would significantly enhance the guest experience.
